I am a new client. What do I need to know before purchasing this value bundle?
Thank you for considering this offering. I encourage new clients to first purchase the Individual Coaching single session for A$165 before committing to the Value Bundle. This would provide you the opportunity to experience coaching with me first and then decide whether the larger commitent is right for you.
Why can't I purchase the Value Bundle today?
This is because the Value Bundle involves a greater commitment from both of us. I will first review your response to the "Before your session ..." form above. I will also make sure I have enough available time to deliver the sessions in the timeframe you expect. When this is agreed, I will confirm by email that you can go ahead and enrol.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Once you have enrolled, you will receive further instructions on how to book a time for your first session.
During what time is coaching available?
Coaching slots will usually be available Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 19:00 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time, GMT+10)
Can I reschedule a coaching session after the time has been agreed?
A session can be rescheduled once if required, provided 24-hours notice is given prior to the scheduled session.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Refunds are not normally available. Once we have agreed to the coaching session, my time is committed, and the payment secures my availability. Refunds may be granted under limited, exceptional circumstances. If a refund is provided, platform and processing fees will be deducted.
